I was surprised to find parts for my 14 year-old Smeg ovens so readily available and at such reasonable prices. It was easy to find what I wanted and both the photographs and the descriptions were clear and accurate. The parts arrived quickly and in perfect condition and Spares4Smeg communicated fully with me throughout the process. I can't think of any way in which the service could be improved.
